We are building our Client Success Team, and we are looking for a Client Success Representative who will do the following:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be the first point of contact for our enterprise clients and help resolve Level 1 technical issues
  • Organize and conduct training sessions with clients on our product (using Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Communicate with our business clients, follow up on service tickets on a regular cadence
  • Maintain our internal wiki page of client and technical knowledge-base
  • Coordinate with the Level 2 and core engineering team to resolve more complex issues and communicate back to our clients
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the client complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications needed:

  • Previous client success experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) required. Preferably American or British English
  • CSE degree highly desirable
  • Be meticulous in documentation
  • Punctual and professional
  • This position is fully remote and follows Eastern Standard Time (EST). The candidate must be comfortable with working during 9 am - 5 pm EST hours (7 pm - 3 am BST)
  • Team player and proactive. You must be able to work independently.
